They will touch on the knocking, but I have a feeling it won’t be till season 7 there is build up though to it in later seasons. The first episode ending I got the image of Sheldon listening to Star Wars ominous music with an afghan over his head because he had to work with Kripke. This season is one of my favorites, the ending is absolute favorite of all the seasons final episodes. Paige is a great introduction, I kinda wish she had been mentioned in Big Bang, however I am sure as you see her episodes you might come to a similar conclusion as some of us fans as to why Sheldon doesn’t mention her in his future.

I know I'm not alone in thinking this. I'm not going to like everything either, but there is a lot of content I *do* appreciate, and moreover, I enjoy your reactions, personality, and candor. Things pop up in life, schedules and plans may change, and it's okay! Your editing for one shows how much you listen to your audience's feedback and strive to improve this channel. Now on to the show. KNOCKING: I won't give any knocker spoiler, even if one exists. I can hearken back to the very first season of The Big Bang Theory where Sheldon did *not* knock three times in a row. It didn't start off that way, so whether or not there is any kind of reference to it in Young Sheldon is probably moot. They might cover it; they might not. IIRC, in Big Bang, Sheldon said that it felt "satisfying" to knock 3 times. MISSY: That moment in the first episode (the refrigerator/newspaper delivery debacle) with the moment between Missy and Sheldon...how I WISH they had carried over to TBBT how close they could be at times. I feel it was a missed opportunity, though probably understandable given how long it took for Young Sheldon to start in comparison to TBBT. I just would have loved to seen more between them as adults instead of living such separate lives. Maybe that has a lot to do with the young actor playing Missy, but also the moments between them on YS are pretty great. BILLY SPARKS: Sheldon may have marked him forever on his blacklist as a bully because he once chased Sheldon with a chicken, but as much of a doofus as the character is made out to be, you can't fault him for being a friendly, kind boy. Okay, his intellect is...questionable, but he is really a nice kid! VANILLA: Dr. Sturgis was sort of correct, except it's not the actual anal glands of a beaver. Rather, it's a secretion from castor sacs located very close to the beaver's anus. There. Now that's a fact you know, LOL! RELIGION: I love to see Sheldon skewering religion, especially with Meemaw egging him on. Poor Pastor Jeff! His facial expressions are *chef's kiss*. I'm not a fan of religion, especially the way Mary approaches it in every aspect of her life, but the show makes it hilarious without totally knocking it down. CASPER: Casper did not die naked. He was a 12-year-old boy who died of pneumonia, according to his origin story. I used to read Casper all the time as a child, very nostalgic comic for me.
