Removing Comic Strips from the Monthly Poll Winners: Yay or Nay?
Added 2018-02-03 03:35:31 +0000 UTCSo As I mentioned in the "Taking Suggestions for Feb Poll" post (also if you still would like to submit ideas for the poll be sure to do so) I'm 90% planning to remove comic strips from the monthly polls.
If you've been with me long, you'd know that every month I have a character poll to decide who gets drawn, with the number 1 getting drawn as a comic strip. But as I'm late (again) with the Jan comic strip of Jyn Erso, I'm wondering if it's worth the trouble.
The comics have been fun but they've been a pain both time and energy wise, especially when work and other life requirements causing delays. and honestly, if I wanted to spend time making a comic, I'd rather it be something more meaningful and long-form than fetishy.
My fellow fetish Patreon artist the Killer-WC did the same with his Patreon, and as far as I've seen, it hasn't burned down due to the lack of comic strips, so I'm thinking I'm removing comics, with the upside being that I'll be opening more $10 and $12 slots due to the extra time that a comic would take up. ^^
but I do want to see how you all would react to it. Are you all fine with no more monthly strip comics, with the exchange of both more on time content + more high tier slots opened?
