Yes another beta, quick hotfix again fixing some bugs from the Discord.

Changelog
Fixed time offset, conversations would go to the wrong time
After using Skipr app, it will now show the right chapter
Fixed story not initiating after doing a clean game boot
Can set background wallpapers again (woops)
NTR icon will now less likely appear on each save game, it was appearing too much haha and should be fixed
also changed the last conversation a bit, there was a wrong answer there that should have been removed. Fixed now ;)

Yep skipr is indeed a bit broken, going to release another hotfix today. Hopefully the last beta before public release
