Psionic Ch. 78 - The Inhumans Arrives On Earth

[Monster Planet]

3rd PoV

The blue-scaled dragon watched in astonishment as the ragged wounds on its flesh began to close. As if magnets were pulling them together, its broken skin became mended and knitted back into a single surface.

What had been ravaged cavities of scraped out muscle and exposed bones soon filled up with pink healthy tissue, leaving only small scars as reminders of what it was before - a reminder that healing is possible even from the most grievous wounds.

The dragon, covered in its deep-blue scales, was amazed at how quickly it had recovered. Even though the dragon had its own healing factor to rely on normally, this speed of recovery that his body just undergone was something that amazed him.

Turning his enormous head towards the man who was responsible for healing him, he beheld him with a newfound appreciation and reverence in his strange blue reptilian eyes.

"So, I assume that happened because of you, right?"

"Hm-hum." Andrew nodded "Yes, it was me. I'm glad that you feel better now."

The dragon bowed his head in thanks, understanding what kind of power Andrew must possess - how much it took for him to stitch his broken body together like that.

Andrew slowly turned his head, taking in the grandiose view of rolling hills and lush pastures that stretched out for miles before him. He was captivated by this new landscape, and he couldn't help but marvel at its immense beauty.

After a few moments of admiration, he turned back to the dragon and asked in a casual tone “You're a resident of this planet so, can you tour me around?” This would be an experience like no other; surely this remarkable creature would know his way around here.

The dragon perked up and nodded in agreement, a wide smile spreading across its face. "Of course! I would be delighted to show you around my home planet of Arkingray. Be prepared for an adventure like none other!"

But before all of that, The dragon had to introduce himself as he then proudly spreads his winds and stood on four of his legs. He then bowed his head a little to Andrew who had a look of interest. “Let me introduce myself first. I am Acno. One of if not the strongest dragon in this planet.”

Andrew nodded slightly and then said “You can call me Andrew. It's also nice to meet you. Now, shall we?”

The dragon, who is now known as Acno, nodded and the spreads his wings, making gust of winds to blow to the the surroundings, as he grinned and then flapped his wings, instantly making him blast to the sky.

Andrew also flew up and quickly managed to catch up easily.

The Inhuman Royal Family, Royal Guards, Matt Garetty and the Teleporting Dog named Lockjaw appeared in the middle of the streets of the ever-bustling New York.

Screeee!

Some drivers who were driving their vehicles peacefully slammed the breaks as it all produced loud breaking sounds. The drivers looked to the dashboard and saw a group of people that was dressed strangely.

"HEY! Get out of the way! I can't see! There are cars there motherfuckers! Get out of the way!" One such driver was a temperamental one as he quickly poked his head out of the window and started shouting at the curious and slightly clueless Inhumans.

Gorgon was also one such individual as he stepped forward and faced the the vehicle where the cretin was riding. He narrowed his eyes at the man as he spoke with a dangerous tone. "My King. Give me the signal and I will annihilate this impudent human."

The driver of the vehicle was turned silent as he realized what he just shouted at. Looking at the hulking man, he quickly noticed the bull-like feet of the man and arrived at the conclusion that the man he just shouted at was a mutant; a strong one considering that the man looked fearsome.

Black Bolt of course didn't gave any word of reply as he just looked at his wife who immediately nodded and then spoke after turning to the direction of Gorgon. "Don't. What we should do right now is find a new place to settle in temporarily and discuss our plans regarding Maximus' coup."

Gorgon nodded and stepped back to the group while still glaring at the nervous driver. Crystal on the other hand was subconsciously holding Matt's hand as she looked around the streets of New York with the curiousness of a child.

Matt for some reason had his other hand rubbing his temple as he was experiencing a bad headache while flashes of images about him living in this planet surfaces in his mind.

[A Year Ago]

When S.H.I.E.L.D got ahold of Matt's body. They tried to experiment on it to see how he got his powers from the Crystalline Structure which they also managed to retrieve. But to their dismay, it was fruitless.

And as Fury ordered them to just continue doing so. Matt's body and the Crystal was stolen by a wandering Inhuman scientist, who had invisibility powers and was accompanied by the trusty transportation mode of the Royal Family; Lockjaw.

It was not only the scientific sense of the scientist that compelled him to steal the young man's body and the crystal. But also the fact that his Inhuman Gene detector detected that the corpse of Matt contained an Inhuman Gene; meaning, Matt was an unawakened Inhuman.

After arriving back at his home in the moon. The scientist quickly reported back to the Grand Hall and told the King and Queen the circumstances surrounding Matt.

Black Bolt and Medusa went to see Matt's body in the lab but their attention was grabbed by the appearance of the Crystalline Structure — It looked just like the Terrigen Crystals.

Seeing that. The scientist explained to them where he got the Crystal and The Royal Couple then immediately ordered for him to conduct tests on the Crystal to see if its a Terrigen Crystal or not.

Just a day after. The scientist reported back to Mr. and Mrs. Bolt that the Crystal wasn't what they assumed. But he also told them that found out that the Crystal was the one that gave powers to the dead Matt, but unfortunately, they cannot replicate the process since the object was already drained of its energy.

But the most mind blowing thing that the scientist dropped was that somehow, Matt's corpse was actually still not dead and was just in a state of suspended animation.

Black Bolt asked why is he reporting that and the scientist explained that he found out that they can revive or technically awaken Matt if they subject his body to Terrigenesis.

Black Bolt didn't immediately agreed to such thing and first ordered his men to go to Earth and find out the background of this particular unawakened Inhuman and see if he's not some kind of a murdere.

Why he did such thing was just to protect his home, since if Matt really turned out to be actually bad and awakened a super powerful ability that not even him can stop, then not only him, but his whole home would face the consequences.

After finding out that all was okay. They had Matt's body be subjected to Terrigenesis. To their surprise, the process actually lasted longer than the normal transformation.

A day after. They opened the Terrigenesis Chamber of Matt and then they found him sitting in it peacefully. They quickly had him be put in a house arrest as they try to find anything about him and what ability he awakened.

Interrogating him for a bit resulted to nothing as they found out that he actually has no recollection of anything except for his name and that he was fighting his cousin, got captured and supposedly died.

Since then. Matt was freed from house arrest while the Royal Family had him be slowly integrated to their society to build up patriotism considering that he theoretically got a powerful inhuman ability aside from his original power.

Why theoretically was because he still cannot activate his powers and the only reason they found about his ability was because of various tests that they conducted on him.

[Present]

"Are you okay, Matt?" Crystal asked worriedly as she tightened her hold to Matt's hand even as a visible blush appeared on her cheeks.

"I'm okay." Matt replied while down his hand as the headache finally subsided. Though, he still didn't get his full memories back, he still can now remember why he was fighting someone in Seattle who turned out to actually being his cousin.

He was about to continue browsing through his retrieved memory when he saw group of people wearing cool-looking, revised and more advanced police uniforms, approaching them slowly.

The Royal Family then also turned and looked at them as the one on the forefront of the group stepped forward and took out a badge from his police waist bag. "We're from the meta police department. It seems you all are lost or new here. Would you all like to come to our department to seek help or something?"

The rest of the Royal Family turned to their King as Black Bolt looked at the meta police for a moment. He then turned to Medusa and nodded at her while doing some complex hand gestures at her.

Medusalith Amequelith nodded at her husband as she then turned to the group of meta police and spoke amidst the rising anger of the drivers as they were still standing in the middle of the streets and was causing traffic "We would like to meet the Avengers."
