May Update & Devlog 2 Script

So...first of all, while writing the script for Devlog #2...it kind of turned into devlogs 2, 3, and the first part of what will probably be devlog #4. There was just too much stuff I couldn't bring myself to cut out and the estimated runtime was really starting to bloat, so I'm splitting them into separate videos.
Because of this, I'm attaching the script for what ended up being devlog #2 for y'all to read if you'd like. I've cut out a bit at the end because I have a little surprise for y'all. I never expected devlog 1 to blow up the way it did and to receive the insane amounts of support from you guys that I have, and I really want to make sure I make quality videos. With devlog #1, I really wanted to shed light on the process of making 3D art, and in devlog #2 I'm taking that a step further by including a full tutorial at the end, and an even more comprehensive followup tutorial releasing alongside devlog it, which will also be included in the attached script.
I'm putting a lot of heart and soul into this project, and I really hope devlog #2 pops off as hard as the first one did. It's tough balancing making the game, making content about the game, making videos, and freelancing to pay the rent, but hopefully once I get combat functional enough to reveal things will take off a bit and I can start to devote more time to the project and less on commissions.
I spent a large chunk of April knocking the rust off my animation skills, and as I continue working on combat animations in may I'll be posting them in the discord often. Thank you all once again for all your support, and I can't wait to share all that I've been working on with you guys :)
