Changes to the tiers rewards

After last month's hectic fulfillment of various commissions both here and at DeviantArts, I sat down and did some calculations on the time required to complete the requests, as well the tiers provided, and thought it needed some clarification, due to some requests needing conversion of different characters in the process of creating the art.
Currently I am charging $20 on DeviantArts per conversion commission, so it does not make sense to do the same for lower as part of the requests here.
Thus I updated the tier rewards, and added another tier for those who want their picture in the same month.
Please let me know if there are anything that is unclear, and I will do my best to explain my reasoning.
