This is fun because I have ADHD, which does need with your perception of time, as it's a divergence of both short-term memory and the ability to focus at will. (My go-to trick since I was little to remember arbitrary information (such as a telephone number) was to sing it, and I think that's where I got my ability for melody and hooks.)
