The 1993 San Marino Grand Prix made it four in a row for rain-affected races at the start of the season, and yet again we were treated to an eventful battle at the front as Ayrton Senna made a nuisance of himself against the Williams cars of Alain Prost and Damon Hill.
In this episode we also look back at how Hill raced Prost in the early laps and then lost ground during the pitstops, and then we move down the field to look at how the action played out for the lower points places once things calmed down at the front.
That conversation involves discussing how a lapped Aguri Suzuki spiced things up, and we’re all left wondering what Alex Zanardi was doing when he rejoined the race with a broken car that was about to catch fire!
