Definitely a welcome break from the opening two partner and does have some lighthearted fun moments, but some of the chosen humour is rather cringe inducing to me. It was always meant to be somewhat of a family show but this episode was certainly on the childish end of the spectrum. I think the show is funny enough in general with Merlin and Arthur’s day to day relationship so I think they should stick with that when it comes to humour. I don’t think this episode is as bad/cringey as the troll two parter however I am very glad that there aren’t many episodes like this in the show, especially going forward! Really looking forward to the next episode though and this season in general!
