I’m inferring that Pia finds this person very attractive and is having a brain freeze. It’s also possible that it’s a celebrity, or possibly both. I get a “this person is very attractive” vibe from the presentation. And perhaps that they are impatient from encountering this reaction a lot.

Oh, and also... *perches a pair of spectacles on the tip of my nose, adopts a pedantic tone* ...the speech bubble in the 5th panel is missing a word, it should say 'in case its owner is looking for it?'
