IS YOUR HOME UNDER INSURED? I want to share with you a portion of a letter I received from the company that insures my rental property - Bankers Insurance. Surprisingly I have not heard about this from the "military friendly" company that insures my primary residence. I have also included a link that may be helpful. The current orchestrated crisis makes my head swim trying to keep up with how it impacts so many aspects of our lives. Here is the quote: "The current increase in the price of building materials may affect the insurance coverage you have in place with Bankers Insurance. Across our nation, lumber prices are currently 112% higher than this time last year. Many other building materials have also increased. These price increases are due to the pandemic lowering supply while demand has remained strong. The result is an overall increase in the cost to repair or replace any building or structure. Market experts do not forecast a decrease in the near future. Because of this, we are now recommending each of our clients with insurance on a home or business structure carefully review current insurance levels, and increase them if deemed necessary. Rebuilding costs vary by location, building method, and many other factors. It is the responsibility of each client to determine adequate insurance levels for their specific structure(s). Requesting a rebuilding estimate from a qualified contractor is a great place to start. In addition, the below resourses are available for your review:" LINK: https://www.bankersinsurance.net/2020/12/01/the-need-to-insure-your-home-at-full-replacement-cost/?utm_source=Bankers+Insurance+Newsletter&utm_campaign=21cd53affb-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2019_07_05_03_44_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_dacb45c445-21cd53affb-66145701

Our gas is up to $3.00 now. I have also been reducing my electricity usage and trying to save in other areas as well.

I’ll rewrite..You make those of us who think we have common sense realize we need more!!Time is short so I’ll share this message like I do some of your other videos on our community page now.

Gas is now $4.00 near me. (Southern CA) Since this money is being sent out regardless how I feel about it I might as well make something out of it, purchasing the gas generator and stocking up more on dry food items. Reducing my usage of electricity by learning to go off the grid. And not forget to send something to the TX food bank. Don't think that little money is going too far, decided to spend it most of it on my preps. Thank money is just a Band-Aid, eventually the band aid falls off.
