Many are living in it, I heard of one family who has 3 critical children who gets treatments at the hospital 3 to 4 times a week and was stuck in her apartment with busted pips, no water, no lights. The social worker tried getting them out and spent the day working on it all she was able to do is get them on a FEMA waiting list. My daughter felt so bad but she also had no water, lives in a small apartment and her daughter is in a wheelchair.(also critically ill) (she only had the basic prep which compare to others was a lot) My heart goes out to the elderly, disable, it's TOO much for them to burden.
