Hello NewCivic, not sure if you caught the live stream today but I answered your question. Just in case you have not seen it I will answer it here. The markets up here are not bare but looking like they are not getting restocked with supplies in a timely manner as lots of the shelves are starting to look a bit bare. I have not seen what hand sanitizer is selling for but I can tell you that almost all places in my area are completely out. Thank you for the question and God bless...
