This beta is a special one - it includes the full story of the game! We'll outline some changes, rules, and known issues below, so be sure to read those before jumping into the game.
The Divine Speaker: The Sun and the Moon is the story-rich, 18+ prequel to The Divine Speaker.
Follow the overlapping journeys of Lucius and Aemyl—one who longs for the past, and the other his future, all the while dealing with the fate they've been handed.
Housekeeping
- Please, please, please don't stream or record playthroughs of these builds. They're rough, and they're not ready for everyone to see yet. We want to give the best impression to players, so please wait until the game is officially out before streaming it.
- It’s okay to share some non-spoilery screenshots on social media. If you share any images, we ask you also share a link to the Patreon. Help us make the game better. <3
- Please use this spreadsheet to report any bugs/spelling mistakes/crashes you get so we can look into them!
Build 1.5 Change Notes
This build includes the FULL game. You can play the entire story from start to finish!
Changelist:
- New backgrounds added
- New characters added

- Full ~80,000 words added
Known issues:
- Aemyl short haired sprite is not yet in game
- Missing CGs are black screens while we finish off the remaining handful
- Credits (at end of the game & main menu) to be updated next month before launch
- CG/BG gallery to be updated once all are complete
