Sneak Peak: Withered Foxy
Added 2024-09-26 13:34:16 +0000 UTCHome Depot has some great Halloween animatronics this year! One of them is "Captain Cuts" the grizzly pirate and we used him to do our most ambitious makeover ever... Withered Foxy!
The video above is from our most recent incomplete head test. Awesome right?! Still have a ways to go but its coming along great.
As one of the most requested characters we've ever had, this build has been a long time coming...but we wanted to make sure it was REALLY GOOD so we've been waiting for the ideal animatronic idea to use.
Since Foxy is a pirate, the Captain Cuts prop is perfect! :)
We built the entire interior Endoskeleton from foam and then the outer Foxy suit is made from a combination of materials. The head is fully animated along with the body and arms.
We're so excited to finish this one. Can't wait to show you guys! This video should be out Monday.
We'll also be adding the entire 3D printable Foxy body as a downloadable asset for Patrons!
