Parallax Foliage (Testing)

For those who are pledged but not in my discord, I would recommend joining because it's easier to gather feedback there. However since some are not in it, I'll also post the link to both the discord and download here.
However, for those using GTX or AMD graphics cards you will need to join to download the latest fix for them. The link to the discord is here: https://discord.com/invite/dGrTka8

The purpose of this beta is to gather feedback from a small group of people so I can fix any bugs before releasing the mod. If you see anything that looks wack, let me know!
