This is an unlisted video. I've sent the link to this video to over 1,500 people who have been scammed by a company called 'Supremo Innovations'. I was able to acquire their entire customer database and I've sent a message to all their customers encouraging them to claim a refund because they've been scammed.
You might find this video a little boring because it's aimed at people who are not familiar with tech support scams, but I can assure you that the follow-up video, exposing exactly how Supremo Innovations work will be much more interesting.
Early results from my mass mailing campaign seem to be positive. Quite a few people have written back to me saying that they have now been promised a refund in "5-7 days". I'm not sure if this is an empty promise or not. Time will tell.
It has been so effective that some of the people I've emailed have told me that Supremo Innovations are now claiming that I'm a "disgruntled ex-employee" and apparently they are phoning their customers in advance to warn them not to open an email from "Jim Browning" because it contains a virus.
More about the impact of this mass mailing in the next video. In the meantime, enjoy this one!
