Advanced Classes Part Eleven (Alpha 0.1)

Raging Storm (Berserker + Elementalist)

Berserkers capable of converting their raw emotion into potent elemental attacks, Raging Storms specialize in close-quarters elemental combat and potent counterattacks.

Upon becoming a Raging Storm, distribute 3 additional points to your choice from among Awareness, Diplomacy, and Physicality.

At Level One you gain the following abilities:

Elemental Fervor: As a one-handed action, you can channel your intense emotions into an aura of elemental magic that lasts for one minute. While active, whenever an adjacent creature damages your with a melee attack for the first time on each of its turn, your aura lashes out, causing that creature to sustain 1d4 unpreventable damage of your chosen element.

Bursting Critical: Whenever you land a critical hit, in addition to the normal bonuses of a critical hit, the target sustains an additional unpreventable 2d6 damage of your chosen element.

Optional Traits: Upon gaining a level of Raging Storm you may gain one of the following abilities.

Raging Storm Caster: (can be taken multiple times): You learn one spell from the Raging Storm spell list.

Extended Fervor: While your Elemental Fervor is active, whenever a creature ends its turn within two spaces of you, it sustains 1d4 unpreventable damage of your chosen element.

Embroiled Rage: Can be taken up to times. The damage dealt by your Elemental Fervor Increases to 1d6. If second time taken, increases to 1d8. If third time take, increases to 1d10.

Mythic War Cry: As a one-handed action, you can let out a war cry, augmenting your next attack. The next time you attack with a weapon with critical potential, the number needed to roll a critical is reduced by 1 and that attack deals damage of your chosen element.

Crush Weakness: Whenever you target a creature afflicted with a status effect with a weapon with critical potential, the number needed to roll a critical is reduced by 1.

Enlarged Bursts: Whenever damage is dealt through Bursting Critical, the additional elemental damage is also dealt to any number of creatures of your choice adjacent to the target.

Relentless Rebuke: (Fifth level only) Rather than rolling dice, Elemental Fervor automatically deals its maximum damage whenever it's triggered.


Force of Nature (Berserker + Naturalist))

Warrior attuned with nature, a Force of Nature is capable of assuming a bestial form.

Upon becoming a Raging Storm, distribute 3 additional points to your choice from among Awareness, Physicality, and subtlety.

At Level One you gain the following abilities:

Bestial Aspect: As a one-handed action you can assume a bestial form for one minute. This form provides traits of an animal of a character's choice, most often resulting in a character appearing comparable to a werewolf. However, by assuming traits of other types of animals such as fish, other benefits can be gained. When you activate this ability, you gain one of the following benefits until you activate this ability again or one minute passes:
-Thick Hide: Your defense increases by +2
-Agile Build: Your speed increases by +2 and your movement increases by +1.
-Mighty Form: Your strength increases by +2

One with the Wilds: You ignore penalties for moving in the wilderness, you ignore movement penalties from weather, and you add +5 to all Awareness rolls made to navigate through the wilderness.

Optional Traits: Upon gaining a level of Raging Storm you may gain one of the following abilities.

Friend of the Wilds: As a one-handed action, you may touch an animal or tree. If you do, you can immediately recall all information regarding what that creature had seen within the past 24 hours and the surrounding area of a tree for the past 24 hours.

Force of Nature Caster: (can be taken multiple times): You learn one spell from the Force of Nature spell list.

Avian Form: When activating Bestial Aspect, you can choose to gain an Avian form. If you do, you can fly for the ability's duration, though you must end your turn on the ground.

Immaculate Smell: When activating Bestial Aspect, you can choose to gain an improved sense of smell. If you do, you can use your heightened sense of smell to detect hidden creatures and those that are invisible.

-Amphibious: When activating Bestial Aspect, you can choose to amphibiousness. If you do, you can swim at a pace equal to your land movement and you can breath underwater.

Forceful Form: When activating Bestial Aspect, you can choose to gain an imposing and mighty form. If you do, at the end of your turn, you may automatically push any number of creatures you hit with melee attacks that turn away by 1d4 spaces.

Ultimate Beast: (Fifth level only) When you activate Bestial Aspect, you may simultaneously gain the benefits of each available option
