Paper mario or Zelda map poll draw
Added 2023-02-21 13:33:36 +0000 UTCSo i wanted to ask you how do you see exactly a nice looking version of the nes legend of zelda map cause i can't really see it, it's too large and way too redundant in patterns.. Tell me if i don't see something :p I'll decide between the two tonight!

2023-02-21 15:08:24 +0000 UTCI like what @maicon said. I kinda picture your Super Mario World map...but done for Zelda, with your imagination/art fleshing out the blocky pixel details. Maybe you could also do a more 'heroic' version. If you google 'zelda nes artwork'....you'll see the drawing of Link on the cliff overlooking the world. Maybe reimagine that piece...and have Link overlooking your version, a more accurate version of the map? Breath of the Wild's cover art was based on that older piece of artwork. Could be fun to have a reimagined Zelda 1 version in your style!

The Zelda map would be nice if you made a more realistic version of it, i.e., draw real trees and mountains, add some monsters for regions heavily populated with them, and add more details. I prefer Paper Mario in this case but maybe someone who voted for Zelda might have a good idea.

2023-02-21 14:22:51 +0000 UTCpeut-être dévier un peu ( "tricher" ) et prendre plutôt un des artworks du manuel de l'époque ou autre qui donnaient plus une vision dessin-animé de l'overworld? Style le fameux artwork avec Link sur une falaise qui surplombe tout Hyrule, repris d'ailleurs pour Breath of the Wild
