The Third Tower Sequel: Beef Camp, Part 2 (Conclusion)

It’s been a few weeks since I have had time to write anything, but I’ve been super busy with Beef Camp. But there’s so much I want to write down before I forget it.
First, instead of just doing half-days with the participants, we’re now doing full days. In addition to weightlifting, we’ve added some martial arts in both the morning and afternoon. One of the guys has a cousin named Blake who used to teach classes at a place that closed down, so now he’s offered his services for the remainder of the summer (he heard my dad has money and is hoping he will bankroll a new place for him to set up his own studio). Half of our students do martial arts in the morning and lifting in the afternoon, and the other half does the reverse. We still have the big lunch and pool time in-between.
Blake is really good at what he does – he’s got black belts in several disciplines – and he’s very easy on the eyes. Short black hair, dark eyes, killer smile, and a tightly muscled physique that looks darn good shirtless in the sun. Needless to say, it didn’t take much for all the students to sign up for his classes.
As for my star pupil, Milo, the man just will not quit. He’s like the Terminator when it comes to working out. He’s up another two inches to 5’10” and has blasted his muscles up to 195 pounds in the last few weeks. He’s left behind his baseball player body and has now entered football player territory. Milo also doesn’t have an ounce of fat on his entire physique and is all rock-hard muscle – he looks like a goddamned anatomy chart! Even though he eats at least 8,000-10,000 calories a day, he is completely shredded and ready to take on even the most experienced bodybuilders on stage. I haven’t met his new boyfriend yet, but Scott is a very lucky man.
In the not-so-lucky column are my older brothers, David and Brad. I told them that we needed to see how their little bodies were doing, so I forced them to hop on the scale this morning and they’re both around 180 pounds. They keep on shrinking! That’s down about 40 pounds in the last few months thanks to no working out, no supplements (including whatever illegal stuff they had), or hardly any protein. Both of them were really embarrassed that they are not only smaller than Milo, but also 4 of the other students. Brad and David desperately wanted to put their shirts on, but I made them keep them off so everyone could see their softer, less-defined bodies.
As for me, I’m bigger than ever: I’m just hair under 400 pounds right now, but I’m sure I’ll get over that mark with a good workout and a big dinner tonight. My students have been hounding me this week to enter a powerlifting competition that’s coming up in early September, and I’m definitely thinking about it. The thought of being the strongest man in a room full of the most powerful hulks around…well, that fuckin’ sounds awesome.
July 28
I signed up for the powerlifting competition! It’s in six weeks, and I’m going to pump iron nonstop during that time to make sure I blow everyone out of the water. I told Dad and he gave me his credit card so I could buy more plates to make sure I can keep hitting personal records, but he also had a request: he wants to start working out with me in the mornings. Dad’s always been in pretty good shape – he’s 6’2” and weighs about 200 pounds – but his firm is competing for a bid to build a new chain of gyms and he wants to make a good impression on the owners. He wants to put on as much muscle as possible so he’s about to burst out of his suit when the meeting happens. I told him I would definitely help him make that happen!
July 30
We got the additional weights yesterday and Dad started working out with me this morning at 5:00am. He’s a lot stronger than I thought! He started his bench presses at 200 pounds and cranked out 10 reps easy – I guess all that time he spent pumping iron in his youth gave him a real solid foundation. We had a blast working out together and then gobbled up a big breakfast made by David.
July 31
After my workout with Dad this morning, I made Brad measure me.
- Chest: 72
- Arms: 27
- Waist: 52
- Thighs: 34
- Calves: 25
And then I measured him:
- Chest: 40
- Arms: 16
- Waist: 29
- Thighs: 21
- Calves: 15

August 2
Today I benched 650, deadlifted 950, and squatted 1075. All personal bests for me, but I want those numbers much higher by next month’s meet.
I also met Scott, Milo’s boyfriend, this morning. He’s really nice, and quite tiny – maybe 5’3” and 120 pounds. He dropped Milo off this morning and the two enjoyed a very long kiss…I mean, really long. August 5
Dad is making gains like crazy thanks the daily workouts – he’s up 10 pounds the first week! He’s really focused on growing his showier muscles like pecs and arms, because he thinks it will help to dazzle the clients. Also since its Saturday, he stayed after his workout and participated in Blake’s martial arts session, and then hung with all the guys during our lunch and pool time. He’s got quite a bit of stamina for a 48 year old. He also remarked that we should get a hot tub for the backyard, which we would all be happy to use.
August 6
Dad didn’t mess around. The hot tub arrived and was installed today – and it’s huge! It can fit up to 10 people, and it was very popular with the guys during our afternoon break.
Dad’s also been coming home early from work a few days a week to take the afternoon martial arts classes from Blake – apparently he wants to make sure he doesn’t lose any of his flexibility while bulking up.
August 10
It’s been two weeks since Milo weighed in, and the stud is now up another 15 pounds to 210. Fuck, I cannot even imagine how big he’s going to be in a year. He and I ended the day in the hot tub together, and since it was just the two of us, we decided to enjoy it naked.

As for me, I’ve eating tons and training hard and have gotten up to 420 pounds. I busted out of all my shorts again but Dad was right there to buy me some new ones. The good news is that all my lifts have gone way up: today I hit 725 on bench press, 1025 on deadlift, and 1150 on the squat. I’ve got a few more weeks before the meet and am determined to win!
September 1
Some of the guys have started going back to college, so we’re down to 12 participants left at Beef Camp, but we are all determined to finish the summer strong. Currently we only have one guy left under 200 pounds, Benny, but everyone is pitching in to make sure he gets over that hump in the next two weeks.
September 5
Dad met with the gym clients today and secured the job for his construction company! He marched into the room at 240 ripped pounds and radiating power and strength, and apparently the other men could not take their eyes off of his muscles. His presentation went so well that he not only will build all the new gyms in this state, but he got the deal to build them across the country. I’m not sure how much money he has in the bank right now, but it’s definitely going to be a lot more very soon.
He also came back home with some good news for Blake – the clients wanted to know Dad’s workout routine, and he talked about lifting of course, but he also demonstrated his incredibly flexibility thanks to the martial arts classes from Blake. So now the gym clients want to meet with Blake to see if he will help them incorporate his training into their facilities.
September 6
I got up to take a leak in the middle of the night, and guess what? The twins had decided they were going to sneak in a 4:00am workout! Apparently they got tired of me dissing their wimpy 160-pound bodies. Yep, that’s right – I forced them on the scale this morning and they had shriveled down to 160 pounds. They now resemble lanky tennis players instead of beefy football studs who earned the nickname the Two Towers. We are down to 10 campers left at Beef Camp, and each one of them is at least 20 pounds heavier than Brad and David, and all of them are way stronger.
How weak have they become? I anticipated they might try to sneak down to the basement, so I’ve been putting my largest dumbbell in front of the door each night when we close the camp. It weighs 200 pounds, and even when both twins worked together, they couldn’t even budge it and get the basement door open! I watched from the back of the kitchen as they pushed and pushed and pushed, but they could not move it even an inch. These guys used to routinely shove 300-pound lineman out of the way, but now they are such weaklings they couldn’t lift one of my dumbbells.
Later at breakfast, Dad told them that they wouldn’t be going back to working construction for his company, but he had arranged for them to get positions as assistants to his receptionist, which means they are going to have to sort mail and make copies and all the wimpy stuff they hate doing. I laughed my ass off at the thought of it.
September 10
OK, I guess I have been living in a bubble the past few months. I mean, I know I’m enormous, but I have been hanging around the same people (my family and the Beef Campers) and they’ve all grown accustomed to my size. But today, walking into the gym for the powerlifting meet, all I saw was a bunch of wide eyes and dropped jaws. EVERYONE stared at me as I walked up to sign in, and some of them even took photos. I was far and away the largest person in the room – now topping the scales at 440 pounds and 6’7” in height. I had the twins measure me this morning as well, and I’ve gotten bigger everywhere:
- Chest: 74
- Arms: 28
- Waist: 53
- Thighs: 36
- Calves: 26
My thighs alone were bigger than most of the other competitors’ waists – actually, even my calves were almost as big as the smaller guys’ waists! I felt like the giant from Jack and the Beanstalk stomping through the weight setups, knowing that I was going to dominate.
In the end, nobody even came close to my lifts! I benched 775, deadlifted 1075, and squatted 1200, all new records for this powerlifting organization. I’m the strongest fuckin’ guy to ever compete here, a fact which totally made my cock rock hard and necessitated three jack-off sessions when I got home.
When I got home, I went to the trophy case in the living room and took all the football trophies that David and Brad had earned and put them in our storeroom. Then I took my trophy, the first of many I’m sure, and put it front and center in the case. I was never going to let them, or anyone, intimidate me again.
September 15
It’s the closing day of Beef Camp, and we had a party after our lifting sessions. I was going to make the twins prepare all the food, but Dad splurged and had it catered by a local steakhouse – he wanted to make sure all the guys got plenty of protein on their last day. We had lots to celebrate – all the campers had gained at least 50 pounds, and every one of them (including Benny) now weighed over 200 pounds. Milo, the camp MVP, had been gaining like crazy the past weeks and managed to end up at 250, exactly two and half times his original size when he started. The man still had absolutely no fat on his entire body and looks insane! He says Scott has paid for a similar Beef Camp setup in their basement and he’s going to continue pumping iron like a maniac all winter and start entering bodybuilding competitions next spring. I have no doubt that within a year he’s going to win Mr. Olympia.
Some of the campers who had left for college were able to come back for the night as well, and Blake joined us for the dinner, before driving home in the new Mercedes he just bought with the advance he earned from the gym owners. He apparently got a very sweet deal thanks to my Dad’s recommendation.
My parents both joined us for the dinner, too, and Dad decided to go shirtless. Like Milo he’s also up to 250 pounds, and Mom could not keep her hands off him all evening.
I’m taking the day off tomorrow to pack, and then I’ll head back to campus the next day. I’m super excited to be with Patrick again – I cannot wait to share all my Beef Camp stories with him, and to see what he thinks of my even larger body. I hope that he wants to explore every inch of it!
I also hope we can re-open Beef Camp next summer, although I'm sure Dad is going to have to buy a lot more weights for me by then.
