Status Update #23

This week we've been working with shapes, fingers, clothing and many custom morphs. It can be a bit of a grind sometimes since since Daz3D wasn't really made for soft objects and shapes. The program mostly excels at stationary 1-time fashion shots. Pushing the program further can be as fun as it is challenging, and a little bit of Blender always makes certain assets pop better. Especially when they're touched.
The Valentine's render also previewed one of our sets that will be in the game: Schaboinky's Restaraunt. There's a couple more sets waiting, such as the escape room, VR rooms and a quaint little massage parlor. You might have spotted some of these already back in 0.2 but they haven't been visited in-game yet. They will be used as date locations later. There's also a gas station with toasters.
We've also worked on Ember, coded some lines and SFX. We're also considering of hiring a voice actress for more special sound effects, such as breathing.

February's Influencer poll for the monthly special has concluded and Cassandra won! Funnily enough, she's one of the first characters introduced in Summer Heat but hasn't been a part of any custom or monthly render so far. Time to let her shine!

I think it could be fun to go to the VR room with a bunch of girls at the same time. Both software have their advantages, but both are not easy to master. Therefore my respect for what you (despite the tools you have at your disposal) manage to achieve such brilliant renders and animations. SH looks simply stunningly good in every picture ๐ And I love how you take care of details...just saying toaster ๐ The locations that can now be visited sound interesting. Schaboinky's Restaurant, that rings a bell... right, Valentine's Day with Sophie and Bree. Who came up with that name? ๐คช๐And a VR room...a game within a game, so to speak. I'm super excited about it, even on the Massage Parlor ๐ฅAnd now we know what the toaster is needed for ๐ Cassi totally deserves it. She is such an adorable woman and so damn sexy ๐ฅต๐ And Sophie and Bree together...still a dream. Maybe an option for the game...I'd be up for that ๐ฅฐ So, enough from me.
