0.6 Status Update #24

This week was a slower one when it comes to the production of new renders, but code was flying and so was SFX! We also brainstormed some changes we've been sitting on, tested a couple of new ads and thumbnails for the game, and went over some new options for the previews on Patreon. Currently, all the previews are from the 0.1 version and don't quite represent the game in its current state. Which scenes or renders do you think we should put as previews to introduce new players to Summer Heat?
Now that Npx is back, we're continuing to work on the last scenes visually. There's some work remaining in scripting as well, and we'll focus on those parts next.

The special render poll for April is currently running and is being led by Ms. Hill! Eve is following in second place, but it looks like Ms. Hill is going to score the win for April with a decent lead.

The pool renders really are the best from a visual WOW factor perspective. It's as if Summer Heat girls just naturally look incredibly sexy when they're wet!! π Come to think of it, I would LOVE a pool scene where Mia is all wet ASAP as well!! β€οΈβ€β€οΈβ€

Hard to choose, cause this game has many of them, but facial expressions is clearly something you guys put great effort in, so it should be showcased. Hand gestures too. Throw in some of the girls curves or flirty glances... can't ever go wrong there. At least one or two for the environments. I mean the pool at night is just undeniable. And maybe something showcasing some features of the game, like the phone for example. It's always said you shouldn't judge a book by the cover, yet we all do it. Give the people a good look at everything there is to look forward to and this game will sell itself.

2024-04-13 06:54:13 +0000 UTCWelcome back, Npx; get to pointing lol. As for the previews, I think your Summer Heat's banner is nice. The Freeplay renders are great as well. I can think of some other scenes/renders as well. Eve's smiling pictures β, or Eve, Mia, and MC watching "tv" scene, or from Eve's "toy" scene (just her on the bed). Bree's secret spot scene, or her climbing some monkey bars, or her doing the hand-heart (definitely for sure). Sophie's partner exercises and her pool scene. Ms. Hill, after MC takes a shower scene; I also love the close-up of her when she was eavesdropping on Eve and MC's conversation (she was so F-IN sexy). Mia, falling asleep on the MC's shoulder, or when she was sneaking into his room. Throw in some renders of the SG too. I mean, you guys can use any renders! Your characters are BEAUTIFUL AF!!!

2024-04-12 23:00:39 +0000 UTCWelcome back Npx. Great to her Code ran smooth this week. I think Robison locked himself in and coded for 10 hours straight. Looking on how to preview Summer Heat I would choose Scenes with diffultung lighting or some with many details in the background, same as mutiple characters standing together and showing emotions, same as romance. This way, new players see that an effort has been made and are more likely to see what they are looking for. Many games only offer the same and simple day or night and rooms and environments feel often empty. I think these are strengths of Summer Heat that you can definitely show. However, thats just my opinion or at what I look at. Have a great week you two!
