Just a quick word on EDC medical stuff. If you are going to carry a medical kit of any kind, PLEASE consider including a few baby aspirin. To be precise, 4 baby aspirin. The most common cause of death in the US is cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction (heart attack) being one of the manifestations of this. You are far and away more likely to encounter someone having a heart attack during your daily life than someone suffering from a GSW. If you have a high suspicion someone is having a heart attack (crushing chest pain radiating to neck or arm, shortness of breath, sweatiness, etc) and they are reasonably conscious, have them take 4 chewable baby aspirin. Have them chew them and swallow with water while you are dialing 911. Recent article with some pertinent for this at the end. In addition to above, please also know how to provide CPR. Basic life support (BLS) classes are affordable and I recommend them to everyone. You can take an online version that is OK though in person is nice as the dummy/instructor will give you good feedback on the depth and rate of your compressions. Sorry for the long tangent but sometimes I think when it comes to medical stuff the firearms-oriented self defense community can lose the forest for the trees. I am a surgery resident at a trauma-heavy program and even with a job that selects for caring for trauma patients, I manage a lot of acute MI too. Baby aspiring and knowledge of BLS can and does save lives every day. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/JAHA.123.032778

Do you have any issues with retention with the phlster floodlight when swapping between a glock or a 4.25 2011?

I've switched to high contrast colors for my appendix holsters , Zombie Green, white etc. For me it makes it easier to see if there is any obstruction preventing safe re-holstering.

I’m waiting for cloud defense to come out with their weapon light. Hopefully we get some news in early November not later.

Agent 47 vibes…👍🏻

Nice video. The suit practice is awesome. Was surprised to hear you say you are moving towards the rmr hd. I would have guessed the rcr to have an enclosed optic since you also use gravitate to the mps and acro.

Not sure if the invalid comment is related to the tomahawk preference over a camp axe, or the being left handed issue. also one of the first things I do to any new appendix holster is get rid of the O rings between the dcc clip and holster body, ANR especially is really generous with their gap for the belt and pants by raising the clip mounting but when you get rid of the O rings it prints a tiny bit less, feels way more solid, and looks a bit better. haven't had an issue with it cracking from getting rid of them either. And happy early birthday!

I'm an odd ball out when it comes to carry gun/light combo. To the point I'm forced to buy the universal holsters. Floodlight and MSP Pro essentially at the moment. Not many good 5in PDP/Modlite PL350 holsters out there. It's going to be even harder to find a Walther Q5 steel frame/PL350 AIWB holster if my Q5 holds its reliability in a class this weekend and I deem it reliable enough to put it in the carry rotation. I'm on MSP number 3 though and the 3rd one just cracked 2 days ago.

Aaron, thank you for the video. Curious about your go to rifles these days.

The suit had me cracking up

Love that you did this!

Sir, it might be pronounced "die-show" and refer to the complete set of traditional Japanese swords; katana, wakizashi, and occasionally tanto... so it should hold 2 or 3 guns😁
