It's time once again to help us decide which film we'll be covering for next week's Patreon-exclusive episode.
We've selected a few nominees off the beaten path and hope you're feeling adventurous enough to join us in watching and discussing.
Producer's Note: We are currently running a parallel poll in the Hit Factory Discord. Members are welcome to vote twice for the film of their choice (once here, once on Discord). The results of both polls will be added and taken into consideration when selecting our title.

The Match Factory Girl (Aki Kaurismäki, 1990)
Iris is a shy and dowdy young woman stuck in a dead-end job at a match factory, who dreams of finding love at the local dancehall. Finding herself pregnant after a one-night stand and abandoned by the father, Iris finally decides the time has come to get even and she begins to plot her revenge.
The Lovers on the Bridge (Leos Carax, 1991)
Set against Paris’ oldest bridge, the Pont Neuf, while it was closed for repairs, this film is a love story between two young vagrants: Alex, a would be circus performer addicted to alcohol and sedatives and Michele, a painter driven to a life on the streets because of a failed relationship and an affliction which is slowly turning her blind.
Céline (Jean-Claude Brisseau, 1992)
After the death of her father, 22-year-old Céline inherits most of his estate, but gives it to her stepmother, causing her greedy fiancé to leave her. Following several failed suicide attempts, Céline is hospitalized and comes to the attention of a nurse, Genevieve, who has struggled with depression. Under her personal care, Céline gradually recovers, and the two women grow close.
Rosetta (Jean-Pierre Dardenne & Luc Dardenne, 1999)
Young, impulsive Rosetta lives a hard and stressful life as she struggles to support herself and her alcoholic mother. Refusing all charity, she is desperate to maintain a dignified job.
