I wanted to end the month with a new subclass, and one of my offspring suggested doing one for rogue. The Arm of the Deep is the result.
Yes, it's a rogue with octopus powers.
There is a bonus monster you can use in your games, the octopus deep one, which I made to go with the 17th level feature of this subclass.
