Spell: Reformation
Added 2022-06-17 19:33:01 +0000 UTCI've had this spell on my to-do list for a while, and today I figured June might be an appropriate month for it.
This spell allows a caster to help a creature change their body into a form of more of their choice.
Edit 2022-06-17: Added terminology-fixed version that uses sex (for physical form) rather than the D&D-general term of gender. Feel free to pick your preferred version of the spell.
