Hey everyone!  Here I am with Jojo Part 5, episode 20!!  OMG!!!!  You guys....I knew things were gonna go wrong, but DANG!!!!  After that really sweet heartfelt moment with Trish, everything just starts getting crazier and crazier!  And we finally had Bruno's backstory.....is this man a literal angel?!  Like he had to be SO MATURE from such a young age and carry the weight of the wrold on his shoulders.  Only to find out that he was working for the person who was bringing the very thing he detested into his community.  And now he's not gonna stop at anything to protect Trish!!!  I realyl REALLY hope he's gonna be ok....typically getting a whole punched through you doesn't end well (even on this show, just as Kakyoin D:).  Great ep!  Can't wait for more!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

HAHAHAHA it's muda for me to think I can keep those intros short :P What can I say, I just need my own whole Jojo podcast!! Hahaha it would be super cute actually if the Bruno pillow had zippers on the pockets :P HAHAHAHA I wasn't trying to SMEAR his good name, don't be JELLY that my mind came up with such a funny concept!!! :P OMG yes I filmed this RIGHT after THAT episode of JJK and let me tell you, Friday was quite an exhausting day for me :O The boss runs a tight ship in the worst way possible. I'm glad we had the elevator scene with Trish, it's the first time we've seen what's really going on with her emotionally and it was so well done. HAHAHAHA Weiss would have a thing or two to say about the whole father thing right! Yeah I knew things were gonna go to heck, but WOW it happened fast! OMG I should've known things were gonna turn out badly when his backstory started playing :( I totally hear you about divorce situations, and although I know every situation is different, I absolutely see the reasoning in how hard one person's or two people's decision can be on an entire family who didn't choose any of it. Bruno was sharp even at a young age for sure, he sized up the situation so quickly and of course he didn't act in his own self interest even as a child. Hahahahaha the bullets really don't seem to matter anymore do they??? It does explain why he hates drugs so much. Oh the plane analogy is actually really good! The first thing I thought of was editing footage and cutting parts. Yeah the buildup to the boss was intense, and what we got here didn't disappoint in terms of intensity!!! NOOOOOO not the hole puns :(((( Too sooooonnnn lol!!! See ya in the next one!

Hey Leonie!! :) Yeah the whole Dio death thing would have way less impact if they tried to write a way out of that for him now. Also great point about the star!!! I didn't even think of that. I think the boss' hair looked a little pink from what I could see of it, it was really dark though so it was hard to tell. He definitely has Trish's eyes though! That's true that the mom did not have pink hair so she had to get it from somewhere. I'm so glad you like my Crazy Diamond theory!!! OMG you're so right, think of what he could do in archeology?!?!?! Jonathan would be so proud!!!! And Josuke would be a legendary billionaire haha!! Did we just come up with the ultimate Josuke scheme?! :O Of course there's lots of charitable work you could do too, like rebuilding homes that were lost in fires and natural disasters, etc. Hahaha I love the meme about "it just works"!!! I can see how it's a bit complex to understand here, but I'm thankful you guys are here to help me! The hand made me think of Kira, and that's true about being cut off from everyone. I can't wait to know more about him! Yeah his fighting style is pretty ruthless. I think comparatively speaking, Bruno's childhood was pretty good up to a point! It's a shame he had to grow up so fast. I can see how family means everything to him. Awwww I'd love to see him have a big loving family of his own!!! I really, really hope he makes it out of this to do that :/ Now we know his exact motivations for wanting to overthrow the boss - the stuff with Trish was just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. Can't wait for more!!!

Hahah thank you!!! It's getting real right?!?!!? :O

Melissa Moore

Ohhh seems like there's still a lot we don't know, but WOW that's pretty powerful overall......also have they said his name yet and I missed it????

Melissa Moore

OMG dude I would freak out if they had the nerve to do that LOL!!!!

Nononono. Cute pillow. But I can’t say anything right now. Straight to the next one. No!

“I will try to do this intro as briefly as I can…” Me looking at the reaction runtime of 49 plus minutes: muda muda muda muda muda muda… 😅 Also, I think you misunderstood the entrances on the side of your kitty pillows… are you sure Sticky Fingers didn’t put them there? And Peanut Butter Dio… good woman, I will not stand for you taking the name of this show’s most prominent villain and SMEARING it all over the place. 👀 Oh boy, things are getting interesting… also I think if I’m reading your look correctly, you filmed this right after JJK? Look, I know you said JoJo is your “comfort show…” but this is going a bit off the deep end, isn’t it? It’s always interesting to see what a show will do when they get to a plot point they’ve been building up to for a while. First, the boss is borderline paranoid and meticulous about he’s planning things out. Even the slightest deviation is seen as betrayal, so this organization, while it runs fairly smoothly, is basically an oppressive dictatorship. No questions asked, or raised. The scene with Trish before she got in the elevator was kind of overdue… at least they finally addressed it. I was beginning to wonder why she was staying so quiet. I guess some people just keep their feelings locked up more. “I wonder if I’ll be able to even like my father.” “No family worries about stuff like that.” Me: Weiss Schnee on line 2 for Bruno Buciaratti, please. I knew the boss was up to no good, but wow - that escalated quickly. Melissa: “Oh look, we’re finally getting Bruno’s backstory!” Me (chuckles): “He’s in danger.” It would appear that Bruno has always been pretty sharp at reading people - he did so even when his parents got divorced and could instantly size up which one of them had a better disposition. Which brings me to something that’s kind of a pet peeve… divorcing a family, especially after having a kid, is something I find as incredibly selfish. Yes, people do it. But when you’re putting your own interests in front of the group as a whole, like his mother was, you kind of have lost any privileges or rights. The dad didn’t really have a say in the matter, but she created the whole situation because she just wanted things for herself at the expense of everything else. So given that attitude, it’s no wonder Bruno went with the father. It seems like Bruno’s dad worked really hard until the incident (speaking of which, there’s a lot of people getting riddled with bullets and surviving… did we somehow get Stormtroopers on this show?) But it kind of explains his whole disdain for drugs. It seems that the boss was genuinely surprised that Bruno went after him, and asked him what the reason was for - it wasn’t just any one thing, it was a lot of things. Regarding the ability, they might flesh this out in the next episode, but he said erased time and leapt past it. So I’m picturing something like… if you board a plane, and fly to a different location, he can see the flight path, erase the process of getting from point A to point B, and then jump directly to you getting off the plane in a matter of moments. I haven’t seen the next episode yet, so I might be corrected. You knew that the boss was going to have to make an impression after being built up half the season. Either way, we are in the basement of a church but I still don’t think Bruno expected to end up being a hole-y man. I’ll see myself to the next one. 👀

hello Melissa, before I say anything about the episode I wanted to address a few of your theories. First I would like to give my opinion on your "the boss is Dio" theory. Somehow many people have the theory that the boss could be Dio. For me personally that doesn't make much sense because we saw him die and another fact is, if the boss was Dio, Trish would actually have the Joestar star on her back but she doesn't have that. Also she has pink hair and we saw her mother who doesn't have pink hair. So I assume that the boss have the pink hair. I also find your analysis of crazy diamond very interesting, the fact that he could rebuild houses would be pretty practical. I then immediately imagined that he could also rebuild old temple complexes that were not completely destroyed, so that scientists could do better archaeological research. I think it would make the work of many scientists easier and Josuke would end up being a billionaire🤣 In this episode you met King Crimson for the first time and the boss along with it. Due to the poor translation of the manga, King Crimson's ability was very misunderstood for a long time and to this day the meme "King Crimson just works" is pretty persistent in the community. I've read some comments here on Patreon and they actually explained it quite well. The boss himself is also a very interesting character, in some traits he really resembles Kira a bit since he cut off Trish's hand and also wants to hide his identity from everyone. but he has some different backgrounds than Kira's which you will find out later . It has also been seen that his fighting style is pretty dirty, he always gives his victims a chance to run away, but when he notices that the person is stubborn like Bruno is, he resorts to harsher measures and doesn't give them a chance to defend themselves at all. Bruno's background was also revealed in this episode. I think his childhood was definitely pretty nice. He lived right by the sea (I would like to too) and had loving parents, which is rare in part 5. But as you said in the video, Bruno had to grow up very early in order to be able to gain a foothold in the organization. He killed the first people when he was twelve, which is remarkable, and he defended his dad to the end. which also shows that he is also a very big family man. I think if Bruno wasn't in the mafia he would definitely want to have lots of children of his own. His reason for wanting to overthrow the boss also became very clear in this episode and the assassination attempt on Trish only increased this.
