It’s kinda embarrassing to admit, but I recently fell down the stairs… Thankfully it was only a few steps, but I got some bruises, and actually hit my head in the process. Luckily it doesn’t seem to be a concussion, but I’m just gonna take some time to rest and sleep today.

Glad you're not majorly hurt. Stairs are a rough one. Rest and heal up as much as you need to feel ok
