Well more info to come introducing the roulette in the Weekly Update to come in a few minutes. But let us start with the poll. Chastity Hospital will introduce Strains. Strains are kinda like rules that can reward you or punish you. It's meant to be a double edged sword that can benefit or detriment your entire sentence in chastity. So let us see the lineup for the strains. You may vote a maximum of 9 times but its okay even if you dont vote the maximum amount and you just want to pick what fetish you like to see in the hospital.

1. Sissy Strain - The sissy strain is an illness that makes you feel intense stress if you are not wearing women's clothing and being cute and beautiful. With this strain you must wear female clothing and sissyfy yourself daily or else any day you are not wearing sissy clothes will increase your sentence due to stress. Strain focused on forcing you to wear female clothing during your sentence

2. An*l Strain - The An*l strain is a severe "Itch"  on your prostate due to the medicine's side effects. Your an*s must be plugged daily or else it would cause you stress. Strain focused on training your ass with butt plugs in set hours per day

3. Oral Strain - The oral strain is an irritation of the mouth due to side effects. You must scratch the itch inside your mouth using a hospital grade phallic device daily. Failing to relieve the stress of the strain will lead to extension

4. Bondage Strain - The Bondage strain is anxiety from freedom. You will feel a constant need to be tied up because of this strain and failure to apply light bondage will leave you stressed, Thus extending your sentence

5. S*men Strain - You feel a compulsive need to ingest s*men. Since you cannot provide your own. The Hospital's Male nurses will provide you with their own. Failure to consume c*m will leave you stressed and will extend your sentence

6. Humiliation Strain - Strain that causes stress because of a need for humiliation and feelings of shame. The hospital has several methods in providing shame for the patient and it must be fulfilled to avoid stress

7. Enema Strain -   is an intense inflammation of your prostate. Your an*s must be given herbal enemas daily or else it would cause you stress. Strain focused on taking enemas for short or long periods of time

8. Exercise Strain - Deterioration of your muscles has started due to side effects from the medicine. You must exercise daily to prevent severe muscle loss or else it shall cause you stress and extend your stay. Strain focused on making you exercise daily to shorten your sentence

9. Mental Strain - Mental Breakdowns have been sighted as a side effect. Mental rehabilitation through hypnosis sessions must be taken. Strain focused on listening to hypno daily to ease mental strain of the patient

10. Identity Disorder Strain - Patient will exhibit personality disorder and must be treated through roleplay therapy. To ensure rehabilitation patient must wear costumes and uniforms to satisfy the disorder to avoid stress

11. Pain Strain - Therapy of controlled pain must be induced to the patient to reduce their stress. This is caused from severe masochism caused by the drugs given to remove the disease. Strain focused on giving controlled pain like spanking or whipping daily

12. Motivation Strain - Patient must perform productivity and must work within the hospital to ease their stress. Lack of motivation or productivity will cause stress. Strain focused on pushing the player to do anything productive to reduce the sentence

10 out of the 12 choices here will make the final cut. The poll is pretty forgiving as most choices here will be included in the final roulette.
