Weekly Update no. 38 The Dungeon's Kinks

Heya rabbits it's time again for the weekly update. I had my hands full with the long Bunnygirl Establishment Manager CYOA that turned from 5 pages to potentially 10. But since it's taking time to get polished i'll be pausing it as i might not finish Quest ch.3 in time if i still devoted time to it. Oh don't worry if i'll try my best finishing the whole thing at least by super late February to early march. Haha February has the fewest days in the year so i need to finish my 1st priority which is Quest Ch,3~
So what's new eh? Let me tell you the fun stuff in line this month

Quest Ch.3 The Dungeon of Tricks and Treasure
Yup that'd be our main theme for the latest chapter. As you see with the teaser image i changed the map a fair bit. I wanted it to look more discreet and simple by removing the boxes. It's better? I'll be giving a refresher with the new icons but it's the same really. So our main theme for chapter 3 is Treasure. Dungeons are known to hold treasure after all~ We'll be needing to loot lots of chests in order to unlock the door to the boss of the chapter. The Mimic Queen

Dungeon's Gimmick: Treasure Madness
We have 3 treasure types meaning 3 different treasure rolls. I said last week that i'm working on custom sprites for this project and it's going on smoothly. Allow me to explain the 3 treasure types

Basket - Contains Cursed Clothing
Toolbox - Contains Cursed Items
Giftbox - Contains Useful items

So cursed items? Well these are items that latch themselves onto you for a set period of turns. This can range from S. Toys to Lewd Clothing. I made some cute pixel renditions of some lewd stuff but i'm afraid patreon might spank me for previewing it here so let's just wait till it gets posted or come by the patreon channels in discord to see them early~

As the main gimmick each treasure type has a 1/6 chance in getting a key fragment which is needed to open the door to the boss to finish the chapter. The map is structured so you can go into circles to farm the key fragments. But treasure also has it's mean traps. There is a 1/6 chance you can encouter a Mimic which is an enemy that needs to be fought in order to progress. So better pray RNG is favoring you in your treasure rolls~~

So yea the Quest Ch.3 Map is deviously short but filled with treachery and traps. So better watch your HP okay? But as with treasure madness we'll be having a large influx of gold too so if you ever roll the item shop do stock up

Thank you for participating in the monster poll. The Slit Monster was tied with Lamia and it was resolved via a simple coin flip. I can't wait to work on these monster races as the concept is fun in it's own.

In Conclusion
We'll I'll be hard at work this month as usual~ Times are harsh but i hope some of my job applications will pull through at least sometime this year really. I'd like to thank you patrons for supporting me through these hard times and i'll be working my hardest to pay you all back with quality stuff~

Oh right since i couldn't finish the Bunnygirl project earlier than usual here is a demo to play around with at the moment. That said i will rework the math in this bigtime when i get back to it after finishing the quest 3 roulette. It's just something I'd want to polish more and more as it's getting too large and i think the old stat system i made is not fitting for the long runtime of the story.
