Markers for Mermaid

I'm a big fan of mix media illustrations, I usually combine watercolors with markers. I need to get out of my comfort zone sometimes so this morning I've done this little drawing with just markers.
I personally feel more confident with watercolors, since you can create a lot of tones with just 5 colors, while with markers, you need a ton of colors if you want to get a good result. π₯
I tried to use the color scheme from a photo of a Carey turtle!
Fun fact: I forgot my glasses in the university and I did this drawing without them. I suffered π
