As I said before. Calibrate the score for any lesbian movie against Bloom Into You, which is 7. 39. It is really obviously taking characters of Watanare and throwing them into a plot of Bloom into you. Himari is obviously Amaori down to the looks, trying to cosplay Yuu with "I don't understand what the love is". Yori is obvious Satsuki, trying to fill the shoes of Touko but lacking depth. It is not being "similar" , it is being sloppy. And as a sloppy work combining 2 other famous works it is boring. Boring to the point that it needs to throw in some rival band drama
Monogatari is a fun story about chasing down the apparitions with a bit of romance and sometimes can get horrifically fucked
