I know it’s a long shot, but just started this program because it was the best fit for me. Have scanned ahead and have found that about half way through there are prescriptions such as back squat ‘3rm’. I was wondering if anyone knows how to interpret this? Initially I thought it was build towards a 3rm but other exercises have that specified...Thanks.

Is the power snatch + low hang snatch + OHS based off of power snatch max or snatch max? Thanks
