Hey there,

Since finishing the new record, drummer Adam has been hard at work mixing a multi-track performance from last November. The event was called Through The Hollows. It was organized by Understory, a local dance troupe that you probably recognize from the Punchline music video. This event was the impetus for that video. It took place in an abandoned warehouse filled with art installations. They choreographed a 30 minute dance toward the end of our set that featured mostly songs from the new record. This is how Understory described the event:

"Coosa Mill will be transformed into a space dedicated to love, loss, death + rebirth — a journey of grief rituals found across cultures."

When we met to discuss the possibility of us providing music, we were both surprised by the overlapping themes of the event and the new album. That meant learning a lot of new songs in a very short amount of time.

We all know I'm not the best at remembering the words to my own songs, but I really take things to another level when I'm performing said songs for the first time.
