A twisty and hip-opening flow to access some of the deeper, hidden layers of the body to prepare for the new season. We begin with a reading by Mark Nepo called “Where love is deep,” and then move into child’s pose and intuitive warm-ups. Your flow starts with standing eagle-arm circles and includes half sun salutations, warrior I and dynamic pyramid, twisted forward fold, optional vinyasa, seated twisted fold and dynamic twists, and nabhi butterfly and twisted roots on the back. Close with the pranic meditation at heart center.

Embodiment practice: Practice bringing your dreams to life by bringing elements from your actual dreams into the physical. For example, if you have a dream about wearing a green shirt, wear a green shirt in real life. If you remember an object in your dream, find something similar and place it on your sacred space or altar. These dream-weaving practices help bridge the gap between the dream world and the physical world — allowing you to access your abilities as a quantum creator.
