Connect with the four directions and the four elements while cultivating a wish or intention. We begin in a standing posture with hip circles and arm movements facing the four directions. These arm movements for the elements integrate into a flow of downward dogs, cat cow, lizard lunge, optional vinyasas, tree, wide-legged forward fold, and warrior 2 variations. End in a seated position for a brief centering.
