Happy Samhain! This practice can be enjoyed anytime you feel yourself transitioning/rebirthing into a new cycle. Release the old and invite in your greatest dreams and manifestations. You’ll hold just a few postures for a long period of time, using your breath to transmute and transform. Postures include a simple forward fold, simple heart opener, and simple twists with guided awareness, energy healing, and breath.
