This is an energetic practice that uses meridian-focused exercises, power practices, and stretching to awaken your life force and alchemize stuck tension into creativity and freedom. We move in a circular way close to the mat, so this is also beneficial for new and full moons when emotions are high. Begin in a seated meditation and breath practice with ujjayi and breath of fire. Move into circular movements, butterfly, pigeon variations, hamstring stretches, core exercises, downward dog, locust, and (you guessed it) dragons. 🐉
