The throat chakra is where we express our creative life force, and this practice creates the space to embody SATYA or truth. It’s kind of yin, kind of more. The beginning of the practice spends time with breath, meditation, and gentle neck and shoulder stretches. We then lie on the back for some somatic movements that encourage muscular release, supported bridge, supported shoulderstand, and supported fish. The conclusion has a bit of chanting using the seed sound HUM and the mantra SAT NAM. Lots of affirmations and visualizations throughout.
