Facestealers are demonic entities that revel in subjecting indiscriminate terror upon mortal beings. Their bulbous insectoid bodies are overgrown with faces and skulls in various states of decomposition, weeping, whispering, laughing or screaming. These are the results of the Facestealer’s unique hunting methods, being able to draw creatures into a demonic realm where they are assailed by the Imprisoned Ones, waning shades of the demon’s previous victims. If a creature succumbs to the demonic realm, its soul will be devoured by the Facestealer and its face joins the ingrown gallery upon the demon’s bloated body.

How does one just steal faces? Well, kinda like this:

The Facestealer comes in four different variants, each more disgusting than the last to be honest.

But what about its loyal minions?

The Imprisoned Ones are the echoes of a Facestealer’s victims populating the demonic realm lorded over by the demon. Waning shades of past beings consumed by the demonic energies of their captor, they have become part of the insidious process that once claimed their soul.

They come in five different variants!

But that is, of course, not all! This release comes with both monster's statblock, a quick tactics overview on how to make the most of them, story prompts to implement them into your adventure and a bunch of themed magic items (loot, as some might say), like the Dreamer's Prison!
