Kandy
Added 2019-10-28 23:48:34 +0000 UTCI had the pleasure of working with Kandy Vert during a trip to Toronto. We had a great shoot and then she proceeded to show me a few local places. It was around dinner time and we both were hungry so she brought me to a restaurant near my hotel, surprising me with what we had to eat--poke! I was unaware that you could find poke outside of Hawaii (I've since found it in a couple of other places, but it still seems rare). Kandy also is a professional musician and had a gig that night, so she invited me to come as her guest. I had a great time listening to her band play Motown, R&B, and classic rock hits.
