Mysterious Elk (Up Late)

Mysterious Elk (Up Late)

Nah bro, cats are sick

Chase Wood

Mislav - The bird you are describing, is it Grey? If so that is actually a Noisy Miner and they are native to Australia. They are actually quite sweet but have been known to rob nests if native birds to fledge their young. Ali - The black birds you are describing are Currawongs. They too are native to Australia. Annoying AF as they will screech all night long, even if it isn't mating season. They tend to be aggressive towards magpies and will out number smaller groups of Magpies in urban areas. Thankfully my Magpies send the Currawongs on their way and hold their ground.

Because we are all laughing at the pain

Why is the Indian Miner bit so funny?

Hey guys, after all this talk about the Mysterious Elk I've got an idea for segment: rate urban legends/cryptids based on how likely they are to exist (ie. Bigfoot, yowies, loch Ness monster). I'd be curious to hear about any Pakistani ones Ali has heard of as well. Also are any of u guys really superstitious and if so, what do you do/not do in order to avoid bad luck even if its kinda irrational hahaha

Sweet_chestnuts

Lol they're not reading this bro

Hey Mis, Wanted to let you know I will be a keen investor in your piss selling empire, Mis Piss PTY LTD. Get it started, I'll be your silent partner 🤑

>I strongly oppose the notion that whomever you find sexually atrative detirmines your identity. Agreed, in spite of the obvious typographical errors. >Further using a rainbow is cultural approriation as it is taking a delight of physics away from children and replacing it with sexualization at an age that is totally inapppropriate. "Cultural appropriation" isn't an argument at the best of times, let alone when your argument rests on the assertion that rainbows possess their own culture. My first experience of the diffraction of light was on Pink Floyd's album cover. My interest in physics wasn't sullied by this; the beauty of lenz' law and trigonometry isn't ruined because Pink Floyd put the prism on the front of their album. Au contraire, it motivated me to learn more about the topic as a young teenager. You need to learn to construct a coherent string of paragraphs; you're all over the place and you make unjustified leaps. With that said, there is an interesting psychological investigation to be had, particularly regarding whether the bright colours in the rainbow flag unintentionally attract the attention of minors who otherwise wouldn't think about their sexual orientation.

please note I accidentally sent a draft copy of my thoughts. here is what I emailed to myself. MY OBJECTION TO THE FLAG Using a rainbows as the symbol for alternative sex means that this will be the first association that children have with the spectrum of light. Whilst this symbol is meant to promote social inclusion and tolerance it specifically does not include sex that breeds children. Further, this symbol pigeon-holes alternate sex into categories. In doing so is it legitimises the objectification of all persons based on sex. Whilst I do not oppose the declaration that 'I am involved in alternate sex' I strongly oppose the notion that whomever you find sexually attractive determines your identity. Further, due to the idea that a sexual identity can be deduced by what type of sex you would like from other people, it risks encouraging a justification for predatory behaviour. I find no clarity in the arguments that this symbol represents. I argue that: We have been looking at these issues in a past paradigm: the objectification of females for sex by men. Consequently, most of the arguments for alternate sex have been made within this paradigm. As a mother, I believe that the rainbow flag is a sex flag. It grooms children. It promotes a sexual alternative that excludes their biological parents. Further using a rainbow is cultural appropriation as it is taking the delight of physics away from children and replacing it with sexualization at an age that is totally inappropriate. I hated the use of a rainbow to promote gambling, my objection remains. JOANNE STUART

Hey boys, got a question for Jordan: Is the era of there being a much more even split between political and comedy friendlyjordies vids well and truly over? Why/Why not? I completely get that you've been doing much more important work than "top 10 cutest dogs" in the last year or so but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed by the lack of Dave’s Dinnerz vids.

Ryan
