The first stage performance in the movie (around 12 min mark) was conducted by a real life magician Ricky Jay, one of the top card tricks and sleight of hand masters of its time. Unfortunately his prime time was before YouTube and other media, so there aren't that many clips of him around, but his main show in Las Veags can be seen here. https://youtu.be/z7InE1zXAY4 As someone who played cards, mainly poker, for quite some time, I have to say his skills are absolutely top notch. You don't want to play cards against this man for money, heh :)
