2023-01-04 15:18:06 +0000 UTCAlso, the reason Ethan kind of quarterback’s the Third Act Heist was because (either because of the studio’s distrust in Cruise’s offscreen reputation or because of Cruise’s potential desire to retire the character) this movie was potentially handing the torch from Cruise’s Ethan to be replaced by Renner’s Brandt…Obviously, that turned out to not be the case…Regardless, this is the expectation level you can now rely upon going forward, dialed up a little bit more as each one goes on…😉☺️
