Gotta give Orochimaru credit. Among all the things he's done, lying isn't really one of them. He's always been pretty honest and forthcoming about everything. He wasn't lying that he could bring back Dan and Nowaki lol. And he told Tsunade his intentions even at the huge risk of her refusing him for it. And yeah Tsunada is HELLA strong. Maybe not the strongest Sannin in terms of overall power and combat ability, but in terms of LITERAL strength, not even Gai can punch down a building as big as she can lol. She's like an actual DBZ character, using her chakra (or ki) to enhance her strength despite her muscles (like they do in DBZ with ki). Her chakra control is even more insane than Orochimaru's ambitions are.
