Hope you’re all hanging in there. I have said this already but I think it is weird that we are expected to just Keep Going! I’m proposing a day where we all just lay on the floor for a bit. No work, no news, just floor.

(Speaking of work: As you may have heard at the end of this week’s show, we’re not putting an episode on the main feed next week. Tbh I just took on too much stuff and wasn’t sure how to get it all done in time, even with Ozzy doing the bulk of the editing work. But we will have a bonus podcast out on Monday for folks in the $5+ and up tiers, so that will be a good substitute hopefully.)

There’s also a very long This Week in Gender segment about gay television representation and whether it’s possible to feel good! I’m still feeling weird and vulnerable about that segment but at least like three people liked it so that’s something.

• IDK if it’s even a good idea to suggest watching this video, but this interview with Amerie Jo Garza’s father is basically the only thing I think about now. (There are even worse parts of this story that aren’t discussed in the video so there’s… that?)
• JP Brammer wrote this week’s Hola Papi about fear.
• I had somehow never even heard about the protests in Cali, Colombia before I read this Nib comic. Wild to see the same shit happen over and over again across the world.
• My friend made his little coding blog into art somehow? Idk I’m obsessed with it.
