Hope you're all hanging in there. Obviously we're still extremely in hell, but at least we're getting a bit of good news? And also, now most of us are like three degrees away from Elon Musk, which is terrible on its face but what if we [redacted].

I'm still in Brooklyn. There's a wild storm happening outside but I'm still gonna try to go to Calvin's in a minute, so here's a quick little round of updates before I brave the bomb cyclone.

Just a heads up that this round of merch goes to print in 3 days, so it's a good time to grab what you want! We're rerunning two designs about protecting and celebrating trans kids, and of course we've got a whole bunch of new designs about being aggressively trans. Find it all here, as usual.

Lots of production stuff happening behind the scenes, but nothing I can publicly confirm yet! But rest assured, ~*~it's happening~*~.

If you're eager for more Tuck Content for Some Reason, good news: I was on the long-running WNYC show Death Sex & Money earlier this week, giving relationship advice with George Civeris (from fellow gay podcast Straightiolab) and Heather Havrilesky (who I did, uh, invite to be queer at the end of the episode). You may have seen twitter discussion of that person who wrote a transmisogynist fiction book about how evil is stored in the chromosomes, or something. Ana Mardoll is doing really incredible close reading work to break down just how shitty (content-wise, but also stylistically, tbh) this book is! Find Ana's work on xer blog and on twitter.
Lindo Bacon was originally on our lineup for last season of the show, but I cut them after reading Da'Shaun Harrison's book and speaking with Da'Shaun on the show. I just learned yesterday of Lindo's documented history of harm against Black and brown fat folks doing anti-fatness work, and I'm so deeply grateful to Mikey and to everyone else who has been involved in calling this out. (This also led to Gender Reveal joining Mikey's Patreon, which I would recommend!)
As someone who hates to drive and loves to walk, I thought I knew a lot of the "cars are bad" argument already, but I learned a lot from this Alex Pareene essay about how most people underestimate foot/bus traffic and overestimate the need for parking, etc.
