I think mutter is my favorite album by Rammstein. Maybe I can do Sonne for this Sunday. It’s crazy from such a young age we’re basically taught we’re number one. It’s probably one of the reasons the rest of the world thinks we have a superiority complex.

Oh, there is plenty of propaganda concerning Americas greatness to keep all americans content. For instance, map projections, or your political system.. But! Since I also tend to go on rants, enough about that.
I love the making ofs. The video for Ich tur dir Weh is not the most epic one, but I'd really like it if you watched that making of, but first really checking out the lyrics. They talk about the contrast between the music and the lyrics and you would benefit from having a good understanding of them. I also like the Making of Pussy (which can be found on youtube, with english subs, just not on the official channel), Rosenrot, Haifisch and Mein Land.
Also, have youve seen Frau & Mann by Lindemann? Also such a great video.

Thanks for the video Jim! :) Yeah this was shot in 2004, a year after the thing with Iraq started if I remember correctly.
It's interesting how much American culture has affected even Northern Europe, we have holidays now we didn't celebrate twenty years ago. It is quite imbalanced, how many Finnish traditions can you name? Not asking that to start anything, I just find it curious how powerful the image of America and its culture is everywhere. We see America as something big and wondrous, many good things come from there! (Also bad stuff, but I believe nothing is black and white) It's in the news constantly, since its foreign policy greatly affects every other country in the world.
Hey if you're not doing these in order, I would recommend "Sonne" or "Ich Will". :D Same director as here! From the fabulous Mutter album.
