I think aside from beef stew, white chicken chili has probably been the most highly requested "soup" style recipe. So, to those of you that have been waiting....I'm sorry it took so long :)
But, better late than never right?

I made this today and wow! I did two versions, one with chicken as per recipe and one with tofu shredded for my vegetarian husband! So tasty and easy...
