This is probably one of the prettiest recipes I have done so far, simply due to the beautiful bright green color of the sauce!
I always try to keep my content as inclusive as possible, so I try to add a vegetarian recipe here and there. And even though this is a meatless dish, it still packs over 30 grams of protein per serving!
And for anybody that doesn't like cottage cheese, I promise you that the chunks are blended out and it tastes nothing like cottage cheese. Definitely worth trying!
You can get creative and add pretty much any veggie to this to increase the nutritional value.
